Perfect for my home gym!

I've been hesitant about buying a Ropeflex for years, but I finally pulled the trigger during deal days. What can I say? It works great, it took me a couple of hours to put together as I am not a handy guy but the instructions were clear, it just took me some time. Overall, this is a great value for anyone looking for a light, medium to advanced stay in shape workout.

I had a Bowflex model 20 years ago that I paid 2 times the amount for as this Ropeflex. This one went together very quickly and easily and both my wife and I are loving using it. We will get our money's worth out of this purchase many times over, for many years.
