At Mobility Paradise, Returns & Refunds are Seamless! 🛴
Buying a mobility product is significant, and we completely get the need to feel confident in your decision. At Mobility Paradise, ensuring your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If our product doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from delivery to return it, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. Please note, inspections can take 5-7 days, and refunds will have shipping and a 20% restocking fee (if shipped) deducted. Items from special promotions or those altered/damaged aren't returnable.
A Few Key Notes:
- For cancellations on orders still with us, there's a 5% processing fee.
- Please retain the original packaging to avoid extra charges.
- Refunds or credits post-inspection might require 3-7 business days.
