A great alternative to a weight bench!

Assembly of the Ropeflex Oryx wasn't difficult at all, even for one person. The variety of exercises is impressive and the resistance changes are noticeable. In my opinion, this is a really clever device. A great alternative to a weight bench without the storage requirement for unused weights, the hassle of changing weights, and limited exercises.
