Important information regarding the delivery, assembly, and usage of your sauna.
Your sauna will ship out of our warehouse within the next 2 business days. You will be receiving the tracking information once the sauna leaves our warehouse.
You will be receiving a phone call from the freight carrier to set a delivery day and time 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery. Delivery is normally within a 4 hour window and every effort will be made to ensure any delivery issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping.
The sauna will be delivered in 1 box for 1-2 person models or multiple boxes for larger units. All boxes will be strapped vertically to a pallet. Our saunas are delivered in a 53ft semi-truck. The single driver will unload the pallet ONLY to your curbside or end of your driveway.
Once the driver has unloaded the pallet, we ask that you immediately inspect the box(s) for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. Refuse delivery if you should see a large hole anywhere (most likely damage made by freight carrier forklifts).

Please read through this instructional guide so you can understand how the process works and what you should expect to happen once you place your order with us.
Order Confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. This means that we have authorized your credit card for the purchase and are preparing your order for shipment.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and your credit card is approved by our fraud guarantee department, the product ordered will ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order.
We will send you the tracking information within 24 hours to the email address you provided when checking out.
We ship daily via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, and Freight to the lower 48 states. Most all orders will ship the same day as ordered if the order is submitted before 1pm PST (some exceptions apply, some part & freight orders may not ship until the following day).
Some parts orders and freight shipments are subject to ship the following business day if the order is placed close to the 1pm cut off time.
Shipping costs are included with any unit going ground to the lower 48 states. AK & HI ship by AIR at additional cost.
We do not offer Cash On Delivery.
A phone number is required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made.
Failure to provide this at the time of order may cause a delay in delivery as freight items will not be delivered without an appointment.
A delay in delivery may also cause additional storage fees to accrue that will need paid prior to delivery.
Note to international customers: You are responsible for any and all duties or taxes that may apply. (see details below)
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. We report the amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual purchase amount. It is the customers responsibility to know the legality of the products ordered in their country. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. Please contact your local customs office for information.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
We will deduct all additional fees resulting from refused international shipments from your refund.
If we are charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment or incur any penalty or lawsuit related to your order or shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card.
If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will NOT issue you a refund since, obviously, local laws and regulations determine the fate of the package. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges and any other fees plus penalties incurred.
We ship via UPS and Fedex for most products, USPS for small parts and accessories, and freight for large products.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive.
If there are any products damaged upon arrival, you can file a warranty claim to get replacement parts for anything that's damaged.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@mobilityparadise.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled are subject to an administration fee equal to 15% of the total order amount, whether or not your order has shipped. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.
If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we will hold your payment until the product ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and is processed for shipping, we will not charge a fee.
If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Backorders:
Fromtime to time, a product may run out of stock at our warehouse and the website wasn't updated when you placed your order. In that case, we will send you an email right after you place your order notifying you of the backorder, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting a bike sooner.
The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.
If the arrival time changes on your order, you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute for a different product, or cancel the order altogether.
Once back orders arrive, we will notify you by email with your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days.
This section will give you the essential information about what to expect with the delivery of your item. If you purchased one of our large and heavy items your item will ship freight LTL will be delivered via a lift gate truck.
Important Freight LTL Shipment
When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.
You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item.
The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday thru Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery windows of 8 am - 12 pm or 12 pm - 4 pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time cannot be scheduled. Example 9:00 am. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame.
Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.
Don't screen your calls until your item has been delivered.
The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your door or the closet area near your door. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door.
Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.
How to Handle Damages, Exceptions or Discrepancies at time of Product Delivery (Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing):
Carton damage requires visual inspection of contents of the unit.
Mobility Paradise recommends IMMEDIATE inspection, with driver present, to verify damage. If contents are damaged, indicate damage on carrier’s paperwork and notify Mobility Paradise immediately.
IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage.
Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier
Carton packaging has excessive damage with the exposed product:
Refuse shipment
Sign carrier paperwork: “Carton damaged and refused”
Notify Mobility Paradise immediately.

If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.

I.Liabilities Golden Designs Inc. and any of its subsidiaries and/or associates shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the sauna by the customer. Golden Designs Inc.shall not be held liable for any damage and/or injury caused by customer misuse of product.
Golden Designs Inc.and any of its subsidiaries and/or associates do not provide medical guidance or diagnosis. It is always recommended that you contact your physician for advice.
II.Cancellation and Return Policy Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.
All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.
III.Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees All cancelled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each sauna; c) all shipping costs to and from the Seller, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller
RETURN PROCEDURE
All return request must be submitted in writing and sent to support@mobilityparadise.com
If your return is approved you will receive an email from us with return instructions.
Securely pack all the returned items in the original packaging and include any other paperwork requested in the return approval email.
We recommend taking a picture of the package and/or the item before shipping.
Ship the package. We will either provide you a return shipping label or you will have to arrange the shipping yourself. You can use UPS or FedEx Ground if your order was delivered by one of these carriers. If your item is larger and was delivered with one of the LTL freight carriers you need to make sure the box is put on a pallet and schedule a pickup with an LTL freight carrier.
Please provide us the tracking number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order free of charge up to 1 hour after the order was placed and if the order has not been physically shipped.
All unshipped orders canceled after 1 hour are subject to a 5% cancellation fee because we incur costs from our credit card processing company after we confirm your product is in stock and capture the payment for your order.
If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
PRE-ORDERS
We rely on just-in-time fulfillment from our suppliers to provide you with a vast array of products for sale at low factory-direct pricing. This allows us to cut the costs of overhead and middle-men and pass those savings onto you. Sometimes, products are so popular that they go out of stock before the next shipment arrives at our suppliers warehouse.
If the product you purchased is out of stock at the time you placed your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and give you the ETA as well as other options that are currently available.
If you can't or don't want to wait, you can choose an alternative product. At that point we will either charge or refund you the difference, update your order, and ship out the alternative product.
If you don't want an alternative product, you can cancel your order without any cancellation fee.
If you choose to accept the ETA and wait for your product, you order will be placed on pre-order status. This means we will place the pre-order with our supplier so that the product is reserved upon arrival and will ship out to you as soon as it arrives.
If you choose to cancel your order after you have confirmed your pre-order, and it still hasn't shipped yet (like in the case that it gets delayed further) then you will be charged the 5% cancellation fee we must charge to recoup the losses we incur from our credit card processing company when we issue refunds.
If you choose to cancel your pre-order after the product has shipped, the normal return policy applies.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to the correct warehouse in new condition and in the original packaging. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number for the returning item(s) and purchase shipping insurance.

Please allow 7-14 business days after delivery of the returned item for our Customer Service Department to inspect the return and process your refund. If you attempt to return an item without a return authorization (including refusing delivery), past 30 days or in unacceptable condition, the item will be refused or shipped back to you at your cost; if we choose to accept the return, additional fees will apply.

Meet The Founder
The owner, Trevor, is from Seattle, Washington. In 2013, Trevor's aging grandma fell and broke her hip which forced her to use wheelchairs to get around for the remainder of her life. Trevor's family was forced to put her into an elderly care home but Trevor visited her daily to take her for walks around the neighborhood.
Trevor was already selling electric bikes online through his website Electric Bike Paradise but up until this point, Trevor didn't know much about Wheelchairs, Mobility Scooters, and Electric Wheelchairs. Trevor did some research in the elderly care products market only to find that there weren't very many good websites providing a full selection of quality products and educational materials, so he started a new website called Mobility Paradise, the one you're on right now, to provide Mobility Scooters, Electric Wheelchairs, Wheelchairs, and Patient Care Products to customers all over the USA and Canada along with all the information you need to make an informed buying decision.
Today, we stay true to our roots and are online-only. We plan to stay that way in order to offer our customers the lowest possible factory-direct prices, fastest shipping times, and world-class customer service by phone, email, and live chat. Mobility Paradise Warranty Policy By Brands
*Limited Lifetime Warranty: Golden Designs, Inc. warranties the heating elements and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product from the original date of purchase. This sauna is for INDOOR use only. Placing your sauna outdoors will VOID this warranty. Any damage due to exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna o its components will void this warranty.
Extent of Warranty
This limited warranty applies to products manufactured or distributed by Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name, deli vered in the continental United States or Canada and extends to the original purchaser at the original site of installation only. This wa rranty becomes valid at time of purchase and terminates either by specified time frame listed above, owner transfer, or relocation. Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of purchase.
Manufacturer Warranty
All Golden Designs, Inc. products are manufactured with the highest quality appliances and are warranted to be free from defe cts in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. The appliance warranty is extended through the manufacturer for the product including, but not limited to: stereos, CD/DVD players, etc. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Golden Designs, Inc. Golden Designs, Inc. reserves the right to change manufactures of any part to cover any existing warranty. Any parts determi ned to be defective must be returned to Golden Designs, Inc. to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the parts. In addition you are responsible for insuring an y parts shipped or returned. You must present Golden Designs, Inc. with proof of purchase documents (including the date of purchase). Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof of purchase documents will be cause to VOID this limited warranty. Products on which the serial number has been defaced or removed is not eligible for warranty service.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to negligence, alteration, modification, misuse, abuse, repairs by non-Golden Designs, Inc. authorized personnel, inappropriate installations, or any case beyond the control of Golden Designs, Inc. invalidating this warranty including but are not limited to:
Use of lacquer or paints
Sauna and other Golden Designs, Inc. products accessories placed on non-approved surfaces
Outdoor applications
Normal wear and tear or weathering
Use of product not in accordance with instructions
Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are normal characteristics of all woods. This includes minor cracks due to wood expansion and contraction. Note: Since the wood used in construction has been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood in a sauna environment.
Disclaimers
Golden Designs, Inc. shall not be liable for loss of use of sauna or other Golden Designs, Inc. products or other secondary or incidental or 1 consequential costs, expense or damages - which may include the removal of permanent deck or other custom fixtures or the necessity for crane removal - arising directly or indirectly out of the use or inability to use the product. Any implied warranty shall have duration equal of the applicable warranty stated above. Under no circumstances shall Golden Designs, Inc. or any of its representatives be held li able for injury to any person or damage to any property, however arising. Specifications are subject to change without notice or obligation.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which may vary from state to state .
*Limited Lifetime Warranty of Sauna Products is 5 years on heating elements and electronics from the date of purchase. The radio and wood structure have a 1 year limited warranty.

Important information regarding the delivery, assembly, and usage of your sauna.
Your sauna will ship out of our warehouse within the next 2 business days. You will be receiving the tracking information once the sauna leaves our warehouse.
You will be receiving a phone call from the freight carrier to set a delivery day and time 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery. Delivery is normally within a 4 hour window and every effort will be made to ensure any delivery issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping.
The sauna will be delivered in 1 box for 1-2 person models or multiple boxes for larger units. All boxes will be strapped vertically to a pallet. Our saunas are delivered in a 53ft semi-truck. The single driver will unload the pallet ONLY to your curbside or end of your driveway.
Once the driver has unloaded the pallet, we ask that you immediately inspect the box(s) for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. Refuse delivery if you should see a large hole anywhere (most likely damage made by freight carrier forklifts).

Order Confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. This means that we have authorized your credit card for the purchase and are preparing your order for shipment.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and your credit card is approved by our fraud guarantee department, the product ordered will ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order.
We will send you the tracking information within 24 hours to the email address you provided when checking out.
We ship daily via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, and Freight to the lower 48 states. Most all orders will ship the same day as ordered if the order is submitted before 1pm PST (some exceptions apply, some part & freight orders may not ship until the following day).
Some parts orders and freight shipments are subject to ship the following business day if the order is placed close to the 1pm cut off time.
Shipping costs are included with any unit going ground to the lower 48 states. AK & HI ship by AIR at additional cost.
We do not offer Cash On Delivery.
A phone number is required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made.
Failure to provide this at the time of order may cause a delay in delivery as freight items will not be delivered without an appointment.
A delay in delivery may also cause additional storage fees to accrue that will need paid prior to delivery.
Note to international customers: You are responsible for any and all duties or taxes that may apply. (see details below)
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. We report the amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual purchase amount. It is the customers responsibility to know the legality of the products ordered in their country. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. Please contact your local customs office for information.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
We will deduct all additional fees resulting from refused international shipments from your refund.
If we are charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment or incur any penalty or lawsuit related to your order or shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card.
If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will NOT issue you a refund since, obviously, local laws and regulations determine the fate of the package. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges and any other fees plus penalties incurred.
We ship via UPS and Fedex for most products, USPS for small parts and accessories, and freight for large products.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive.
If there are any products damaged upon arrival, you can file a warranty claim to get replacement parts for anything that's damaged.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@mobilityparadise.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled are subject to an administration fee equal to 15% of the total order amount, whether or not your order has shipped. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.
If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we will hold your payment until the product ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and is processed for shipping, we will not charge a fee.
If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Backorders:
Fromtime to time, a product may run out of stock at our warehouse and the website wasn't updated when you placed your order. In that case, we will send you an email right after you place your order notifying you of the backorder, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting a bike sooner.
The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.
If the arrival time changes on your order, you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute for a different product, or cancel the order altogether.
Once back orders arrive, we will notify you by email with your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days.
This section will give you the essential information about what to expect with the delivery of your item. If you purchased one of our large and heavy items your item will ship freight LTL will be delivered via a lift gate truck.
Important Freight LTL Shipment
When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.
You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item.
The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday thru Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery windows of 8 am - 12 pm or 12 pm - 4 pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time cannot be scheduled. Example 9:00 am. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame.
Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.
Don't screen your calls until your item has been delivered.
The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your door or the closet area near your door. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door.
Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.
How to Handle Damages, Exceptions or Discrepancies at time of Product Delivery (Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing):
Carton damage requires visual inspection of contents of the unit.
Mobility Paradise recommends IMMEDIATE inspection, with driver present, to verify damage. If contents are damaged, indicate damage on carrier’s paperwork and notify Mobility Paradise immediately.
IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage.
Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier
Carton packaging has excessive damage with the exposed product:
Refuse shipment
Sign carrier paperwork: “Carton damaged and refused”

Unused, uninstalled, and resalable merchandise in new condition and in the original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise noted on the product page or below*.
You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of delivery date.
There is a 15% restocking fee.
Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
We will refund the product price minus any applicable fees and charges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for any return shipping charges.

It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.
If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
I.Liabilities Golden Designs Inc. and any of its subsidiaries and/or associates shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the sauna by the customer. Golden Designs Inc.shall not be held liable for any damage and/or injury caused by customer misuse of product.
Golden Designs Inc.and any of its subsidiaries and/or associates do not provide medical guidance or diagnosis. It is always recommended that you contact your physician for advice.
II.Cancellation and Return Policy Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.
All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.
III.Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees All cancelled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each sauna; c) all shipping costs to and from the Seller, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller
RETURN PROCEDURE
All return request must be submitted in writing and sent to support@mobilityparadise.com
If your return is approved you will receive an email from us with return instructions.
Securely pack all the returned items in the original packaging and include any other paperwork requested in the return approval email.
We recommend taking a picture of the package and/or the item before shipping.
Ship the package. We will either provide you a return shipping label or you will have to arrange the shipping yourself. You can use UPS or FedEx Ground if your order was delivered by one of these carriers. If your item is larger and was delivered with one of the LTL freight carriers you need to make sure the box is put on a pallet and schedule a pickup with an LTL freight carrier.
Please provide us the tracking number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order free of charge up to 1 hour after the order was placed and if the order has not been physically shipped.

PRE-ORDERS
We rely on just-in-time fulfillment from our suppliers to provide you with a vast array of products for sale at low factory-direct pricing. Sometimes, products are so popular that they go out of stock before the next shipment arrives at our suppliers warehouse.
If the product you purchased is out of stock at the time you placed your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and give you the ETA as well as other options that are currently available.
If you can't or don't want to wait, you can choose an alternative product. At that point we will either charge or refund you the difference, update your order, and ship out the alternative product.
If you don't want an alternative product, you can cancel your order without any cancellation fee.
If you choose to accept the ETA and wait for your product, you order will be placed on pre-order status. This means we will place the pre-order with our supplier so that the product is reserved upon arrival and will ship out to you as soon as it arrives.
If you choose to cancel your order after you have confirmed your pre-order, and it still hasn't shipped yet (like in the case that it gets delayed further) then you will be charged the 5% cancellation fee we must charge to recoup the losses we incur from our credit card processing company when we issue refunds.
If you choose to cancel your pre-order after the product has shipped, the normal return policy applies.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to the correct warehouse in new condition and in the original packaging. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number for the returning item(s) and purchase shipping insurance.
In the event that the product is received in a condition which we deem unacceptable, we reserve the right to deny your return. Upon receipt of the said item, we will either refuse it or contact you by email to notify you that the item was received damaged or used.
If we received the item damaged you may file a claim with your shipping company.

Damaged or used items will be retained in our warehouse for a maximum of 30 business days unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing prior to disposal. After 30 business days, the item will be disposed of or donated.

If you attempt to return an item without a return authorization (including refusing delivery), past 30 days or in unacceptable condition, the item will be refused or shipped back to you at your cost; if we choose to accept the return, additional fees will apply.

The owner, Trevor, is from Seattle, Washington. In 2013, Trevor's aging grandma fell and broke her hip which forced her to use wheelchairs to get around for the remainder of her life. Trevor's family was forced to put her into an elderly care home but Trevor visited her daily to take her for walks around the neighborhood.
Trevor was already selling electric bikes online through his website Electric Bike Paradise but up until this point, Trevor didn't know much about Wheelchairs, Mobility Scooters, and Electric Wheelchairs. Trevor did some research in the elderly care products market only to find that there weren't very many good websites providing a full selection of quality products and educational materials, so he started a new website called Mobility Paradise, the one you're on right now, to provide Mobility Scooters, Electric Wheelchairs, Wheelchairs, and Patient Care Products to customers all over the USA and Canada along with all the information you need to make an informed buying decision.

*Limited Lifetime Warranty: Golden Designs, Inc. warranties the heating elements and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product from the original date of purchase. This sauna is for INDOOR use only. Placing your sauna outdoors will VOID this warranty. Any damage due to exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna o its components will void this warranty.
Extent of Warranty
This limited warranty applies to products manufactured or distributed by Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name, deli vered in the continental United States or Canada and extends to the original purchaser at the original site of installation only. This wa rranty becomes valid at time of purchase and terminates either by specified time frame listed above, owner transfer, or relocation. Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of purchase.
Manufacturer Warranty
All Golden Designs, Inc. products are manufactured with the highest quality appliances and are warranted to be free from defe cts in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. The appliance warranty is extended through the manufacturer for the product including, but not limited to: stereos, CD/DVD players, etc. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Golden Designs, Inc. Golden Designs, Inc. reserves the right to change manufactures of any part to cover any existing warranty. Any parts determi ned to be defective must be returned to Golden Designs, Inc. to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the parts. Use of lacquer or paints

Outdoor applications
Normal wear and tear or weathering
Use of product not in accordance with instructions
Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are normal characteristics of all woods. This includes minor cracks due to wood expansion and contraction. Note: Since the wood used in construction has been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood in a sauna environment.

Golden Designs, Inc. shall not be liable for loss of use of sauna or other Golden Designs, Inc. products or other secondary or incidental or 1 consequential costs, expense or damages - which may include the removal of permanent deck or other custom fixtures or the necessity for crane removal - arising directly or indirectly out of the use or inability to use the product. Any implied warranty shall have duration equal of the applicable warranty stated above. Freedom and a lifesaver!
This is a wonderful stairlift. They have come a long way since the day it was bought. It is very comfortable and good looking. The customer service is top-notch.
This stairlift met every need my father had after his first stroke. It is well made, priced affordably and my mother also uses it to shuttle her clean towels and sheets upstairs where her four bedrooms are found.
The lift is extremely high-quality that carries my wife and I up and down the stairs very easily I am extremely pleased and I’ve given this product and the service of the company five stars.
Installation was easy. One person did it in a few hours. Simple tools required. Definitely helped with my brother's transport downstair to his room up.
