Returns and Refunds

At MobilityParadise.com, we pride ourselves on exemplary customer service within the mobility sector. We strive to ensure your shopping journey is seamless and are dedicated to achieving your complete satisfaction.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  1. Merchandise that is unused, in its original packaging, and deemed resalable can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Some exceptions apply, as noted on specific product pages.
  2. Please communicate your intention to return items within 30 days of delivery.
  3. This policy also applies to post-shipping cancellations or items refused upon delivery.
  4. Product refunds will be issued minus applicable fees and charges. Please note, original shipping fees are not refundable.
  5. Items labeled "Non-Returnable" or those received as free gifts cannot be returned.
  6. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  7. Refunds will revert to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Products that can avail parts under warranty.
  • Items whose original packaging has been opened or damaged.
  • Products taken out of the original packaging.

Items returned should be in pristine, resalable condition. Refunds will be granted once the returned items have been inspected. In instances where returned items are damaged during transport, customers should initiate a claim with their chosen carrier.

Specific Brand Policies: Mobility Paradise collaborates with various manufacturers. Ensure you consult the specific return policy under the "Returns" tab on the product page for the brand in question.

Return Steps:

  1. Submit return requests to support@mobilityparadise.com.
  2. If approved, a return instruction email will be sent to you.
  3. Package the items securely in the original packaging, including relevant paperwork.
  4. We recommend photographing the package/item before dispatch.
  5. Follow the shipping instructions provided.
  6. Share the tracking number with us.
  7. Once received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund's status.
  8. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Cancellations:

  • A 5% cancellation fee is applicable to account for transaction and administrative costs.
  • Ensure product suitability and lead times before ordering.
  • For unshipped orders, only the cancellation fee applies.
  • Shipped orders adhere to the standard return policy, inclusive of additional fees.
  • Refunds are reverted to the original payment method.

Exceptions: Cancellation fees are waived for out-of-stock or extended lead-time orders. If you switch to an in-stock product, you may be eligible for a discount or free gift.

Pre-Orders: Due to our efficient just-in-time fulfillment system, some high-demand items may occasionally be out-of-stock. We will inform you promptly and offer alternatives or ETAs. Pre-ordered items that are canceled after shipping adhere to our standard return policy.

Damaged Items: For products damaged during shipping, please contact support@mobilityparadise.com. See our Shipping Policy for further details.

Defective Items: Most products are covered by a minimum 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Spot a defect? Reach out, and we’ll assist in procuring replacement parts or products.

 

Important Note: When returning, ensure items reach the correct warehouse, in original packaging, and perfect condition. We recommend tracked shipping with insurance. Items received in unacceptable states may be denied or subjected to additional fees. After receipt, allow 7-14 business days for inspection and refund processing. Unauthorized returns or those after 30 days might be refused or subjected to added charges.
