Sorry to say I returned the item since I could not find a way to ship it to India due to Covid-19 restrictions on travel. However I thank Mobility paradise on their professional way of handling the return and refund my money promptly.

This unit is as slow as you need and as fast as you can stand it. It maneuvers well inside our assisted living apt. & cruises the hallways & sidewalks with ease. Battery life is great. I'm so pleased I just bought another one for my wife so we can cruise together!

Met all my needs for mobility!

I got the scooter as a Christmas present for my husband.
The scooter was easy to assemble and drive.
Finally, my husband decided that he didn’t want to use it yet and is trying to walk a little more.
I was worried about returning it but fortunately, the return and refund went through flawlessly.

I no longer could go shopping because of a disability that has targeted my knee and legs. Hubby had to do all the shopping. With this Pride, I am mobile again and can navigate the mall, grocery stores, football stadiums, theaters. I am able to enjoy my kid's dance competitions. I feel like I am back among the living. The extended battery lasts forever. I honestly have no idea how long it lasts. After a day at the mall, I still had a full charge. Hubby loads it easily into the back of the SUV. It comes apart into 3 main sections. The front, the back wheels, and the seat. Comes apart and goes together in seconds. I can't wait until the weather is nicer so I can hit the zoo and botanical gardens, which I have not been to in years. Not only am I mobile again, but this has also given me a new outlook on life. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND IT!!!!

Good mobility. Easy to take apart and put together to load and unload for travel.

I bought this for my 82-year-old father. He loves it and it works great. We take it to car shows and next week he will take it on a cruise. It's quick and goes up hills with no problem.

Easy to disassemble load in my trunk. Then it was just as easy to reassemble. The battery lasts me all day.

Ordered this for my 82 y/o mother. She absolutely LOVES it. Is now able to get out and go shopping and to the flea markets, which she loves. Such a great scooter, my sister who is disabled ordered one just like it.

It was as advertised, batteries hold the charge very well! It went 8 miles at full speed. The battery indicator light only went down one light out of 7!
