UniEbike offers free FedEx/UPS Ground shipping on dropship orders in the contiguous 48 States only. Orders that ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States will be invalid. Scooters are delivered by truck.
Processing Time
Within 24 hours after the order is placed, the item will be handed to the carrier and the shipping label will be created. The package will be processed by the carrier within 2 business days after being picked up. Processing time for trucking delivery cost 3 days longer. Orders will not be processed on Weekends or Statutory Holidays.
Delivery Time
It's our goal to make sure your order is processed quickly and efficiently. All products are shipped from Chino, CA. It costs 3 - 10 business days for delivery depends on the destination. The shipping time usually takes 5-7 days business days, depending on local delivery speed and weather, which we cannot fully control.

Cancellation
Once your order has been paid, you need to cancel your order within 8 hours before our warehouse handles your order. We do not offer cancellation once parcels have been sent out. If you are canceling before work has begun, then we will refund your payment in full via whichever payment method you used.
Signatures Required
Shipments containing e-bikes are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended, although starting with the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.
Shipping Carriers
Samebike ships using DPD in EU , FedEx and USPS in USA, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments: for example, if you’ve ordered several large/bulky items.
Refused Shipments – Flat Fee
If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $160/pc to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $160/pc.

Order Confirmation:

Order Shipment:
- If your order is stock and your credit card is approved by our fraud guarantee department, the product ordered will ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order.
- We will send you the tracking information within 24 hours to the email address you provided when checking out.
- We ship via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, and Freight to the lower 48 states. Mostly, all orders will ship in the next business day and delivery time varies between 3-10 business days if product is in stock (Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual to fulfill orders).
- Some parts orders and freight shipments are subject to ship the following business day if the order is placed close to the 1pm cut off time.
- Shipping costs are included with any unit going ground to the lower 48 states. AK & HI ship by AIR at additional cost.
- We do not offer Cash On Delivery.
- A phone number is required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made.
- Failure to provide this at the time of order may cause a delay in delivery as freight items will not be delivered without an appointment.
- A delay in delivery may also cause additional storage fees to accrue that will need paid prior to delivery.
- Note to international customers: You are responsible for any and all duties or taxes that may apply. (see details below)
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. We report the amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual purchase amount. It is the customers responsibility to know the legality of the products ordered in their country. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
- As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. Please contact your local customs office for information.
- To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
- Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
- We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
- We will deduct all additional fees resulting from refused international shipments from your refund.
- If we are charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment or incur any penalty or lawsuit related to your order or shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card.
- If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will NOT issue you a refund since, obviously, local laws and regulations determine the fate of the package. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges and any other fees plus penalties incurred.
- We ship via UPS and Fedex for most products, USPS for small parts and accessories, and freight for large products.
- If you don't receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order confirmation, feel free to follow up with us at support@mobilityparadise.com.
Damages:
- Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive.
- If there are any products damaged upon arrival, you can file a warranty claim to get replacement parts for anything that's damaged.
- If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@mobilityparadise.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Please note: Cosmetic damages such as scratches and dings sometimes happen due to shipment handling and are not grounds for returning the entire product. We may be able to send out replacement parts or touch up paint. You can email us at support@mobilityparadise.com or call us and we can suggest ways to help you resolve the issue.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- All orders canceled are subject to an administration fee equal to 15% of the total order amount, whether or not your order has shipped. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.
- If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we will hold your payment until the product ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and is processed for shipping, we will not charge a fee.
- If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Backorders:
- From time to time, a product may run out of stock at our warehouse and the website wasn't updated when you placed your order. In that case, we will send you an email right after you place your order notifying you of the backorder, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting a bike sooner.
- The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.
- If the arrival time changes on your order, you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute for a different product, or cancel the order altogether.
- Once back orders arrive, we will notify you by email with your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days.
This section will give you the essential information about what to expect with the delivery of your item. If you purchased one of our large and heavy items your item will ship freight LTL will be delivered via a lift gate truck.
Important Freight LTL Shipment
- When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.
- You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item.
- The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday thru Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery windows of 8 am - 12 pm or 12 pm - 4 pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time cannot be scheduled. Example 9:00 am. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame.
- Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.
- Don't screen your calls until your item has been delivered.
- The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your door or the closet area near your door. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door.
- Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.
How to Handle Damages, Exceptions or Discrepancies at time of Product Delivery (Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing):
- Carton damage requires visual inspection of contents of the unit.
- Mobility Paradise recommends IMMEDIATE inspection, with driver present, to verify damage. If contents are damaged, indicate damage on carrier’s paperwork and notify Mobility Paradise immediately.
- IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage.
- Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier
Carton packaging has excessive damage with the exposed product:
- Refuse shipment
- Sign carrier paperwork: “Carton damaged and refused”
- Notify Mobility Paradise immediately.

Mobility Paradise 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy
Unused, uninstalled, and resalable merchandise in new condition and in the original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise noted on the product page or below*.
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refused at the time of delivery.
- We will refund the product price minus any applicable fees and charges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items with Non-Returnable Marks and FREE GIFTS cannot be returned.
- You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
- Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used when the original purchase was made.

- Products that are eligible for parts under manufacturer warranty
- Products that have had their original manufacturer packaging opened

It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in a new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.
If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.

Mobility Paradise Returns Policy By Brands
UniEbike Samebike
1.No e-bike returns or e-bike replacements after 15 days of receiving.
2.Any e-bike returns or replacements should be authorized by Uniebike in advance via emails.
3.The damages caused by transportation like scratches, defective parts are NOT justifications for returns.
4.Pieces of evidence like pictures or videos are needed for any e-bike returns or replacements.
5.The customer should return the original package with the returned label provided by Uniebike. Or Uniebike will NOT be responsible for any missing items or damages during the shipment.
6.The customers can return the items by themselves or get a return label via emails from Uniebike after being authorized.
7.Returned items must keep the original packaging.
- The box must be sealed.
- The e-bike and its outer packaging must NOT be damaged.
- Accessories and parts should NOT be missing.
8.Please provide the seller with photos of all returned items, including the outer packaging. The seller will have to check the status and quantity before shipping.
9.Please provide Uniebike with photos of the original package before shipment. Uniebike will have to check the status of the original package.
10.The customer should ship the returned item within 72 hours after Uniebike provide a return label. Or the return will be deemed as canceled by the customer.
11.While returning the e-bike, the customers should ship it to the nearest FedEx/UPS store and paste the printed return label on the carton.
12.Please select the signature service when sending back to prevent the returned e-bike from being lost. Uniebike will send pictures or videos to the customers when signing the returned items.
REFUNDS
1.Returns without authorization will be sent back to customers, while a refund will not be issued and the freight will be borne by customers.
2.If a customer purchases the product in a free shipping promotion, the cost of the shipment will not be refunded.
3.Any shipping damages during the return period will be deducted from the total refund. If necessary, customers can purchase insurance for returns on their own.
4.If any parts of the returned items, including the original packing, are missing, we will charge from the refund as appropriate.
5. Please understand that customers should subject to Restocking Fee.
6.Refunds will not be issued to customers before the returned items are confirmed received and inspected.
7.After we confirm receipt of your returned items, we will send an email notification and refund.

Returns, Refunds, and Restocking Fees. Samebike believes in the quality of its products and wants you to shop with confidence. Please read the following carefully to understand our returns and restocking fee policy applicable to all components, accessories, and e-bikes sold by Samebike.
- Returns of New and Unused Items Within 14 Days of Receipt. We allow you to return any item in new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund with no restocking fee, but shipping charges. For all returns, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless we made a shipping error. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally.
- Returns of New and Unused Items Outside the 14-Day Window. If you wish to make a return outside of the 14-day window, then if the item to be returned is in new and unused condition, you may return the item subject to the delivery and return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of thirty percent (30%) of the purchase price.

RETURN PROCEDURE

You can use UPS or FedEx Ground if your order was delivered by one of these carriers. If your item is larger and was delivered with one of the LTL freight carriers you need to make sure the box is put on a pallet and schedule a pickup with an LTL freight carrier.
- Please provide us with the tracking number.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee covers our costs from our credit card processing company and our administrative costs of handling your cancellation. Whenever we refund an order, we are not refunded our merchant card processing fees and it takes our team time to deal with your cancellation, which costs us money.
Please be careful before you place your order that you fully understand that the product is right for you, and that if there is any lead time associated with the product, as there is with built-to-order products for instance, that you are aware and ok with it.
If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur.
If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies and more fees will apply like shipping costs and return shipping costs, and restocking fees if any. We do not charge restocking fees, we only pass them on from our supplier.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or your financing account that you used when placing your order. We do not issue checks or cash refunds.
The only time we will waive this fee is if you request your order to be cancelled due to out of stock or extended lead time. However, if you choose to change your order to another product that's in stock, we may reward you with either an additional discount of our choosing or an additional free gift.
PRE-ORDERS
We rely on just-in-time fulfillment from our suppliers to provide you with a vast array of products for sale at low factory-direct pricing. This allows us to cut the costs of overhead and middle-men and pass those savings onto you. Sometimes, products are so popular that they go out of stock before the next shipment arrives at our supplier's warehouse.
If the product you purchased is out of stock at the time you placed your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and give you the ETA as well as other options that are currently available.
If you can't or don't want to wait, you can choose an alternative product. At that point, we will either charge or refund you the difference, update your order, and ship out the alternative product.
If you don't want an alternative product, you can cancel your order without any cancellation fee.
If you choose to accept the ETA and wait for your product, your order will be placed on pre-order status. This means we will place the pre-order with our supplier so that the product is reserved upon arrival and will ship out to you as soon as it arrives.
If you choose to cancel your order after you have confirmed your pre-order, and it still hasn't shipped yet (like in the case that it gets delayed further) then you will be charged the 5% cancellation fee we must charge to recoup the losses we incur from our credit card processing company when we issue refunds.
If you choose to cancel your pre-order after the product has shipped, the normal return policy applies.

Most of our products come with at least a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty information can be found under the "Warranty" tab on a product page. Please let us know if you discover any manufacturer's defects and we will help you get parts or replace the product at no additional cost.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to the correct warehouse in new condition and in the original packaging. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number for the returning item(s) and purchase shipping insurance.
In the event that the product is received in a condition which we deem unacceptable, we reserve the right to deny your return. Upon receipt of the said item, we will either refuse it or contact you by email to notify you that the item was received damaged or used.
If we received the item damaged you may file a claim with your shipping company.
If we received the item used you may choose to have the item disposed of or have the item returned to you at your expense.
Damaged or used items will be retained in our warehouse for a maximum of 30 business days unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing prior to disposal. After 30 business days, the item will be disposed of or donated.
Please allow 7-14 business days after delivery of the returned item for our Customer Service Department to inspect the return and process your refund. If you attempt to return an item without a return authorization (including refusing delivery), past 30 days, or in unacceptable condition, the item will be refused or shipped back to you at your cost; if we choose to accept the return, additional fees will apply.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. We work with our suppliers to ensure that they set minimum advertised pricing guidelines for all of our competitors. This means that everyone else selling the same product online is supposed to be selling it at the same price. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within 30 days of your purchase date please let us know and we will contact the brand to ensure they are not breaking the minimum advertised price policy. Meet The Founder
The owner, Trevor, is from Seattle, Washington. In 2013, Trevor's aging grandma fell and broke her hip which forced her to use wheelchairs to get around for the remainder of her life. Trevor's family was forced to put her into an elderly care home and Trevor visited her daily to take her for walks around the neighborhood.
Trevor was already selling electric bikes online through his website Electric Bike Paradise but up until this point, Trevor didn't know much about mobility products. Trevor did some research in the elderly care products industry only to find that there weren't very many websites providing a full selection of quality products and educational materials, so he started a new website called Mobility Paradise, the one you're on right now, to provide Mobility Scooters, Electric Scooters, Electric Wheelchairs, Patient Care Producrs, Wheelchairs, Oxygen Concentrators, Lift Chairs, Saunas, Steam Showers, Massage Tables, Exercise Equipment, Electric Bikes, Massage Chairs, and Bathtubs to customers all over the USA and Canada, not to mention all the information you need to make an informed buying decision like buying guides and how-to guides.

Mobility Paradise Warranty Policy By Brands
UniEbike Samebike
UniEbike provides warranty and after-sales service for any defects in materials and workmanship of the electric bicycles sold within one year after the dealers and drop-shippers receive the goods.
We do NOT directly provide warranty or after-sales service for customers who purchased products from our dealers and drop-shippers.
Parts covered by the warranty: frame, forks, stem, handlebars, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, display, kickstand, reflectors, battery, and hardware. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of 3rd party charger, improper maintenance or other such misuses, normal wear, or water damage (including rust). Necessary precautions must be taken to ensure the bike and battery are not exposed to severe weather conditions. Exposure to very wet, hot, or cold conditions may void the warranty. Stolen bikes are not covered under warranty.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
- Defects or damage caused by private modification;
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by UniEbike;
- Products that have the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
- Ordinary wear and tear do not result from defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by UniEbike. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
- Brake Pads
- Rotors
- Spokes
- Tires/Tubes
- Chains
- Chain Rings
- Cassettes
- Crankset
- Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
- Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
- Frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware. Warranty within one week after receiving the goods.
- Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by UniEbike with the Products.
- Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
- Goods damaged, lost, or stolen due to the handling by the third-party carrier after the goods are out of the warehouse.
The warranty policy is limited to parts replacement. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover are not under warranty. You will NOT be refunded as compensation for your time or efforts in replacing damaged parts.
Replacement parts will not be sent until photographic evidence has been provided to UniEbike. Lectric eBikes may request additional documentation (such as video) to accurately diagnose the problem and process the warranty claim. DETERMINING WHETHER DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO AN E-BIKE OR COVERED COMPONENT IS PROTECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF UniEbike.
Most warranty parts are fulfilled 3-10 business days after the request is put into our system by a customer service representative. Warranty parts are sent using USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on the size of the part. Warranty parts will not be expedited.

UniEbike reserves the right to change its warranty at any time and without notice.
GZ Samebike
1. 14-Days Money Back: For 14 days after the date of purchase, return your Undamaged / Unused SameBike product and receive a refund.
2. 1-year Warranty: We offer 1-year warranty for the bike and battery.
What if I bought a second-hand Samebike?
You can enjoy the warranty only if(not optional):
1. The 1-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it
2. You have the initial owner's name & the initial order number.
What if my bike was stolen?
We are sorry that the stolen bike is not covered by the warranty. We recommend investing in a quality lock to protect your bike when you're not riding.
SameBike Bike 1-Year Warranty
All bikes are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service)
The 1-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it.
Replacement Procedure
Samebike will replace any and all component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error.
1: Claims
Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product is required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Heybike within 1 year of initial purchase.
Samebike will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. The customer needs to provide us with evidence by email.
2: Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact us and provide us with photo or video proof.
All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.
NOTICE: We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.
Frame
SAMEBIKE Ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 1 year.
This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized Heybike.
Samebike reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of Heybike.
Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
- Corrosion
- Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
- Impact damage
- Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
- Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable
Batteries
Samebike batteries are covered by a 1 year prorated warranty.
During 1 year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.
After the first 1 year of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery. Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new 1-year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date.
No cash reimbursement will be made.
Batteries can be assessed and found defective only by directly by samebike.
This Limited Warranty does not cover
- Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Heybike;
- Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
- Ordinary wear and tear;
- Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Heybike with the Products;
- Defects or damage caused by the assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual;
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source;
- In addition, with respect to the Battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage;
- Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger;
- Where any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;
- Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified;
- The corresponding issues on battery and e-bike will not be covered by the warranty after using a battery that is not specific to your e-bike model. We do not recommend you to use a battery of other brands on Heybike e-bike, although the output voltage of the other's battery may also be 48V, the battery protection system may not be the same, there may be incompatible situations leading to damage to our motors and displays.
Parts & Components
Original samebike parts & components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. (When all the spare parts for warranty are sent to the customer, the customer needs to bear the freight.)
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
1. Ordinary wear and tear is not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by Heybike. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
- Brake Pads
- Rotors
- Spokes
- Tires/Tubes
- Chains
- Chain Rings
- Cassettes
- Crankset
Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
- Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.

UniEbike offers free FedEx/UPS Ground shipping on dropship orders in the contiguous 48 States only. Orders that ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States will be invalid. Scooters are delivered by truck.
Processing Time
Within 24 hours after the order is placed, the item will be handed to the carrier and the shipping label will be created. The package will be processed by the carrier within 2 business days after being picked up. Processing time for trucking delivery cost 3 days longer. Orders will not be processed on Weekends or Statutory Holidays.
Delivery Time
It's our goal to make sure your order is processed quickly and efficiently. All products are shipped from Chino, CA. It costs 3 - 10 business days for delivery depends on the destination. Shipping Time
The shipping time usually takes 5-7 days business days, depending on local delivery speed and weather, which we cannot fully control.
When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website.

Cancellation
Once your order has been paid, you need to cancel your order within 8 hours before our warehouse handles your order. We do not offer cancellation once parcels have been sent out. If you are canceling before work has begun, then we will refund your payment in full via whichever payment method you used.
Signatures Required
Shipments containing e-bikes are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended, although starting with the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.
Shipping Carriers
Samebike ships using DPD in EU , FedEx and USPS in USA, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments: for example, if you’ve ordered several large/bulky items.
Refused Shipments – Flat Fee
If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $160/pc to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $160/pc.

- If your order is stock and your credit card is approved by our fraud guarantee department, the product ordered will ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order.

- We ship via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, and Freight to the lower 48 states. - Some parts orders and freight shipments are subject to ship the following business day if the order is placed close to the 1pm cut off time.

- A phone number is required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made.
- Failure to provide this at the time of order may cause a delay in delivery as freight items will not be delivered without an appointment.

- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. We report the amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual purchase amount. It is the customers responsibility to know the legality of the products ordered in their country. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
- As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. Please contact your local customs office for information.
- To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
- Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
- We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
- We will deduct all additional fees resulting from refused international shipments from your refund.
- If we are charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment or incur any penalty or lawsuit related to your order or shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card.
- If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will NOT issue you a refund since, obviously, local laws and regulations determine the fate of the package. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges and any other fees plus penalties incurred.
- We ship via UPS and Fedex for most products, USPS for small parts and accessories, and freight for large products.
- If you don't receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order confirmation, feel free to follow up with us at support@mobilityparadise.com.
Damages:
- Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive.
- If there are any products damaged upon arrival, you can file a warranty claim to get replacement parts for anything that's damaged.
- If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@mobilityparadise.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Please note: Cosmetic damages such as scratches and dings sometimes happen due to shipment handling and are not grounds for returning the entire product. We may be able to send out replacement parts or touch up paint. You can email us at support@mobilityparadise.com or call us and we can suggest ways to help you resolve the issue.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- All orders canceled are subject to an administration fee equal to 15% of the total order amount, whether or not your order has shipped. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.
- If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we will hold your payment until the product ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and is processed for shipping, we will not charge a fee.
- If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Backorders:
- From time to time, a product may run out of stock at our warehouse and the website wasn't updated when you placed your order. In that case, we will send you an email right after you place your order notifying you of the backorder, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting a bike sooner.
- The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.
- If the arrival time changes on your order, you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute for a different product, or cancel the order altogether.
- Once back orders arrive, we will notify you by email with your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days.
This section will give you the essential information about what to expect with the delivery of your item. If you purchased one of our large and heavy items your item will ship freight LTL will be delivered via a lift gate truck.
Important Freight LTL Shipment
- When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.
- You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item.
- The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday thru Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery windows of 8 am - 12 pm or 12 pm - 4 pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time cannot be scheduled. Example 9:00 am. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame.
- Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.
- Don't screen your calls until your item has been delivered.
- The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your door or the closet area near your door. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door.
- Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.
How to Handle Damages, Exceptions or Discrepancies at time of Product Delivery (Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing):
- Carton damage requires visual inspection of contents of the unit.
- Mobility Paradise recommends IMMEDIATE inspection, with driver present, to verify damage. If contents are damaged, indicate damage on carrier’s paperwork and notify Mobility Paradise immediately.
- IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage.
- Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier
Carton packaging has excessive damage with the exposed product:
- Refuse shipment
- Sign carrier paperwork: “Carton damaged and refused”
- Notify Mobility Paradise immediately.

Mobility Paradise 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy
Unused, uninstalled, and resalable merchandise in new condition and in the original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise noted on the product page or below*.
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refused at the time of delivery.
- We will refund the product price minus any applicable fees and charges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items with Non-Returnable Marks and FREE GIFTS cannot be returned.
- You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
- Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used when the original purchase was made.

- Products that are eligible for parts under manufacturer warranty
- Products that have had their original manufacturer packaging opened
- Products that have been out of their original manufacturers' packaging
It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in a new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.
If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.

Mobility Paradise Returns Policy By Brands
UniEbike Samebike
1.No e-bike returns or e-bike replacements after 15 days of receiving.
2.Any e-bike returns or replacements should be authorized by Uniebike in advance via emails.
3.The damages caused by transportation like scratches, defective parts are NOT justifications for returns.
4.Pieces of evidence like pictures or videos are needed for any e-bike returns or replacements.
5.The customer should return the original package with the returned label provided by Uniebike. Or Uniebike will NOT be responsible for any missing items or damages during the shipment.
6.The customers can return the items by themselves or get a return label via emails from Uniebike after being authorized.
7.Returned items must keep the original packaging.
- The box must be sealed.
- The e-bike and its outer packaging must NOT be damaged.
- Accessories and parts should NOT be missing.
8.Please provide the seller with photos of all returned items, including the outer packaging. The seller will have to check the status and quantity before shipping.
9.Please provide Uniebike with photos of the original package before shipment. Uniebike will have to check the status of the original package.
10.The customer should ship the returned item within 72 hours after Uniebike provide a return label. Or the return will be deemed as canceled by the customer.
11.While returning the e-bike, the customers should ship it to the nearest FedEx/UPS store and paste the printed return label on the carton.
12.Please select the signature service when sending back to prevent the returned e-bike from being lost. Uniebike will send pictures or videos to the customers when signing the returned items.
REFUNDS
1.Returns without authorization will be sent back to customers, while a refund will not be issued and the freight will be borne by customers.
2.If a customer purchases the product in a free shipping promotion, the cost of the shipment will not be refunded.
3.Any shipping damages during the return period will be deducted from the total refund. If necessary, customers can purchase insurance for returns on their own.
4.If any parts of the returned items, including the original packing, are missing, we will charge from the refund as appropriate.
5. Please understand that customers should subject to Restocking Fee.
6.Refunds will not be issued to customers before the returned items are confirmed received and inspected.
7.After we confirm receipt of your returned items, we will send an email notification and refund.

Returns, Refunds, and Restocking Fees. Samebike believes in the quality of its products and wants you to shop with confidence. Please read the following carefully to understand our returns and restocking fee policy applicable to all components, accessories, and e-bikes sold by Samebike.
- Returns of New and Unused Items Within 14 Days of Receipt. We allow you to return any item in new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund with no restocking fee, but shipping charges. For all returns, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless we made a shipping error. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally.
- Returns of New and Unused Items Outside the 14-Day Window. If you wish to make a return outside of the 14-day window, then if the item to be returned is in new and unused condition, you may return the item subject to the delivery and return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of thirty percent (30%) of the purchase price.

RETURN PROCEDURE

You can use UPS or FedEx Ground if your order was delivered by one of these carriers. If your item is larger and was delivered with one of the LTL freight carriers you need to make sure the box is put on a pallet and schedule a pickup with an LTL freight carrier.
- Please provide us with the tracking number.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee covers our costs from our credit card processing company and our administrative costs of handling your cancellation. Whenever we refund an order, we are not refunded our merchant card processing fees and it takes our team time to deal with your cancellation, which costs us money.
Please be careful before you place your order that you fully understand that the product is right for you, and that if there is any lead time associated with the product, as there is with built-to-order products for instance, that you are aware and ok with it.
If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur.
If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies and more fees will apply like shipping costs and return shipping costs, and restocking fees if any. We do not charge restocking fees, we only pass them on from our supplier.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or your financing account that you used when placing your order. We do not issue checks or cash refunds.
The only time we will waive this fee is if you request your order to be cancelled due to out of stock or extended lead time. However, if you choose to change your order to another product that's in stock, we may reward you with either an additional discount of our choosing or an additional free gift.
PRE-ORDERS
We rely on just-in-time fulfillment from our suppliers to provide you with a vast array of products for sale at low factory-direct pricing. This allows us to cut the costs of overhead and middle-men and pass those savings onto you. Sometimes, products are so popular that they go out of stock before the next shipment arrives at our supplier's warehouse.
If the product you purchased is out of stock at the time you placed your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and give you the ETA as well as other options that are currently available.
If you can't or don't want to wait, you can choose an alternative product. At that point, we will either charge or refund you the difference, update your order, and ship out the alternative product.
If you don't want an alternative product, you can cancel your order without any cancellation fee.
If you choose to accept the ETA and wait for your product, your order will be placed on pre-order status. This means we will place the pre-order with our supplier so that the product is reserved upon arrival and will ship out to you as soon as it arrives.
If you choose to cancel your order after you have confirmed your pre-order, and it still hasn't shipped yet (like in the case that it gets delayed further) then you will be charged the 5% cancellation fee we must charge to recoup the losses we incur from our credit card processing company when we issue refunds.
If you choose to cancel your pre-order after the product has shipped, the normal return policy applies.

Damaged or used items will be retained in our warehouse for a maximum of 30 business days unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing prior to disposal. After 30 business days, the item will be disposed of or donated.
Please allow 7-14 business days after delivery of the returned item for our Customer Service Department to inspect the return and process your refund. If you attempt to return an item without a return authorization (including refusing delivery), past 30 days, or in unacceptable condition, the item will be refused or shipped back to you at your cost; if we choose to accept the return, additional fees will apply.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. We work with our suppliers to ensure that they set minimum advertised pricing guidelines for all of our competitors. Meet The Founder
The owner, Trevor, is from Seattle, Washington. In 2013, Trevor's aging grandma fell and broke her hip which forced her to use wheelchairs to get around for the remainder of her life. Trevor's family was forced to put her into an elderly care home and Trevor visited her daily to take her for walks around the neighborhood.
Trevor was already selling electric bikes online through his website Electric Bike Paradise but up until this point, Trevor didn't know much about mobility products. Trevor did some research in the elderly care products industry only to find that there weren't very many websites providing a full selection of quality products and educational materials, so he started a new website called Mobility Paradise, the one you're on right now, to provide Mobility Scooters, Electric Scooters, Electric Wheelchairs, Patient Care Producrs, Wheelchairs, Oxygen Concentrators, Lift Chairs, Saunas, Steam Showers, Massage Tables, Exercise Equipment, Electric Bikes, Massage Chairs, and Bathtubs to customers all over the USA and Canada, not to mention all the information you need to make an informed buying decision like buying guides and how-to guides.

Mobility Paradise Warranty Policy By Brands
UniEbike Samebike
UniEbike provides warranty and after-sales service for any defects in materials and workmanship of the electric bicycles sold within one year after the dealers and drop-shippers receive the goods.
We do NOT directly provide warranty or after-sales service for customers who purchased products from our dealers and drop-shippers.
Parts covered by the warranty: frame, forks, stem, handlebars, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, display, kickstand, reflectors, battery, and hardware. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of 3rd party charger, improper maintenance or other such misuses, normal wear, or water damage (including rust). Necessary precautions must be taken to ensure the bike and battery are not exposed to severe weather conditions. Exposure to very wet, hot, or cold conditions may void the warranty. Stolen bikes are not covered under warranty.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
- Defects or damage caused by private modification;
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by UniEbike;
- Products that have the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
- Ordinary wear and tear do not result from defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by UniEbike. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
- Brake Pads
- Rotors
- Spokes
- Tires/Tubes
- Chains
- Chain Rings
- Cassettes
- Crankset
- Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
- Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
- Frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware. Warranty within one week after receiving the goods.
- Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by UniEbike with the Products.
- Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
- Goods damaged, lost, or stolen due to the handling by the third-party carrier after the goods are out of the warehouse.
The warranty policy is limited to parts replacement. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover are not under warranty. You will NOT be refunded as compensation for your time or efforts in replacing damaged parts.
Replacement parts will not be sent until photographic evidence has been provided to UniEbike. Lectric eBikes may request additional documentation (such as video) to accurately diagnose the problem and process the warranty claim. DETERMINING WHETHER DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO AN E-BIKE OR COVERED COMPONENT IS PROTECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF UniEbike.
Most warranty parts are fulfilled 3-10 business days after the request is put into our system by a customer service representative. Warranty parts are sent using USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on the size of the part. Warranty parts will not be expedited.

UniEbike reserves the right to change its warranty at any time and without notice.
GZ Samebike
1. 14-Days Money Back: For 14 days after the date of purchase, return your Undamaged / Unused SameBike product and receive a refund.
2. 1-year Warranty: We offer 1-year warranty for the bike and battery.
What if I bought a second-hand Samebike?
You can enjoy the warranty only if(not optional):
1. The 1-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it
2. You have the initial owner's name & the initial order number.
What if my bike was stolen?
We are sorry that the stolen bike is not covered by the warranty. We recommend investing in a quality lock to protect your bike when you're not riding.
SameBike Bike 1-Year Warranty
All bikes are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service)
The 1-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it.
Replacement Procedure
Samebike will replace any and all component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error.
1: Claims
Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product is required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Heybike within 1 year of initial purchase.
Samebike will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. The customer needs to provide us with evidence by email.
2: Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact us and provide us with photo or video proof.
All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.
NOTICE: We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.
Frame
SAMEBIKE Ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 1 year.
This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized Heybike.
Samebike reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of Heybike.
Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
- Corrosion
- Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
- Impact damage
- Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
- Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable
Batteries
Samebike batteries are covered by a 1 year prorated warranty.
During 1 year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.
After the first 1 year of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery. Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new 1-year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date.
No cash reimbursement will be made.
Batteries can be assessed and found defective only by directly by samebike.
This Limited Warranty does not cover
- Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Heybike;
- Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
- Ordinary wear and tear;
- Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Heybike with the Products;
- Defects or damage caused by the assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual;
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source;
- In addition, with respect to the Battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage;
- Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger;
- Where any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;
- Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified;
- The corresponding issues on battery and e-bike will not be covered by the warranty after using a battery that is not specific to your e-bike model. We do not recommend you to use a battery of other brands on Heybike e-bike, although the output voltage of the other's battery may also be 48V, the battery protection system may not be the same, there may be incompatible situations leading to damage to our motors and displays.
Parts & Components
Original samebike parts & components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. (When all the spare parts for warranty are sent to the customer, the customer needs to bear the freight.)
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
1. Ordinary wear and tear is not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by Heybike. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
- Brake Pads
- Rotors
- Spokes
- Tires/Tubes
- Chains
- Chain Rings
- Cassettes
- Crankset
Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
- Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.

Received my specter s but noticed the lower right hand chain stay of the main swinging arm has a large dent in the side of the formed tube. The paint has not be disturbed. And when riding I believe the motor makes a dry squeaking sound at times. This sound is not constant and is erratic. I have yet to pin point the squeaking. Overall I am pleased with this purchase be would like assistance to remedy these issues.
