I'm a beginner runner and am just about to finish my first Couch 2 5K training using this treadmill! I absolutely love this treadmill. I love the multiple options for screen display. I love how easy it is to fold up/move and how sturdy it is while I run. I love the Bluetooth capability. It's great that I can sync my workout to my phone.

Very happy with TR 5500i and would highly recommend

I am very happy with the LifeSpan TR 5500i folding treadmill. I bought this treadmill because it seemed like a robust “running” treadmill , backed with a solid warranty and customer service team. The total assembly time (including unboxing and assembly) took 2 hours with just myself, and was very easy. I am happy with the smoothness and power of the treadmill. Overall very satisfied.

So happy with my purchase!!

I LOVE-LOVE-LOVE it. I've used this treadmill to walk or run nearly every day since it arrived. It was fairly simple to set up and my husband leveled it nicely for me - thank goodness for YouTube videos. There are a variety of program options, which I have enjoyed experimenting with! I am so glad I purchased this treadmill and would highly recommend it to others!!!

I am giving it five stars because for me, it is great. I don't require or want elaborate programs and electronics that may tear up at some point. I want a good, sturdy piece of equipment that is strong and smooth and dependable. I think this treadmill meets those expectations. As far as the electronics/programs, it has enough for me. It has bluetooth with good speakers. It has enough programs. It has what appears to be an accurate heart monitor. The decline/incline and powerful motor is great.

TR5500i is a solid machine that has all of what you need and nothing you don't

Speed changes are smooth and the motor is quiet. The running deck allows for a natural gait or stride. Incline/decline are smooth as well. Controls are perfectly designed - there are both quick control and plus/minus buttons for both speed and incline (plus/minus buttons are both on the panel and on the handles - the handle controls are very useful as they are easier to reach while running). The quick control buttons for speed are handy and let you jump up or down as needed (since the plus and minus speed buttons use increments of 0.1) I love the simple display with multiple dashboard views; no TV screen/no Internet required. Overall it's a great Treadmill.
