That’s why we offer a comprehensive warranty policy that covers our products against defects in materials and workmanship.

All of our mobility products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The length of the warranty varies depending on the brand and model of the product. Generally, our mobility products come with a warranty period of 1 to 2 years. Please refer to the specific product page for detailed information about the warranty period for that product.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. This includes any defects in the frame, motor, battery, or other components of the mobility product that are caused by manufacturing or materials defects. If your mobility product is found to have a defect covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the affected component at no charge to you.

Please note that our warranty policy does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or neglect. It also does not cover any damage that results from accidents, modifications, or repairs made by unauthorized personnel.
