We ordered a few phlebotomy chairs from different companies to see which one we like the best for our students. We couldn't figure out how to secure the seat cushion yet, but it's so tight that it's not going to move. Overall satisfied with this product.

Very easy to assemble, I think it took 10 minutes to put it together. Well packaged but be mindful it's heavy. The padding on the seat is very firm but seems to be breaking in well. So far so good. I'll update if anything changes but to date great product!
